Marketplace terms and conditions
General rules for using MDStore by buyers and creators.
Section 1
MDStore platform operator, IDNO 1026023042507. The operator administers the MDStore website available at https://www.mdstore.md and the technical infrastructure required for the marketplace.
Section 2
Platform: the MDStore website available at https://www.mdstore.md. Seller: the person or entity publishing and offering products through MDStore under the platform rules. Buyer: the user ordering products through the platform.
Section 3
The MDStore platform operator is identified by IDNO 1026023042507. Being the platform operator does not automatically mean the operator is the seller of every product published by third parties.
Section 4
Products published on MDStore may belong to independent sellers. The seller identity should be checked in the creator profile, product page, order or applicable commercial documents.
Section 5
Orders are registered in the platform, and WhatsApp may be used for confirmations and operational details. The platform does not claim split payments, escrow, temporary fund holding, automatic settlements, recurring payments or separate Paynet reports unless those features are explicitly implemented.
