Delivery, returns and disputes
Basic rules for delivery, returns, custom works and disputes.
Section 1
The platform operator, IDNO 1026023042507, administers requests sent through MDStore, without automatically becoming the seller of third-party products.
Section 2
Delivery depends on product, creator and location. Details must be confirmed before the order is finalized.
Section 3
The seller is responsible for product information, availability, packaging, delivery and the agreed work. The buyer has the rights provided by law and by the commercial terms applicable to the order.
Section 4
For custom works, returns may be limited because the product is made to the buyer's request. The platform does not invent refund deadlines; they must be determined by law, the seller profile, the order and applicable commercial documents.
Section 5
Disputes are documented in the platform and reviewed by the administrator based on information submitted by the buyer and the seller.
